“A soft, square cheese with small eyes (similar to Havarti) dotted with whole caraway seeds.”</p>

<p><em>Serving Suggestions</em>: Enjoy as an appetizer with your choice of charcuterie, olives and cornichons. Slice onto your ham, turkey, roast beef or corned beef sandwich or Panini.</p>

“A washed rind, loaf-shaped cheese with a buttery, nutty, and somewhat tangy flavor.”</p>
<p><em>Serving Suggestions</em>: The firm paste holds its shape for cubing or slicing, but can be melted. Enjoy as an appetizer cheese with a bold red wine; add to salads for a change of taste and texture; or use it on your favorite Panani instead of traditional Cheddar or Havarti.</p>
